End Table Cover Ideas | Is tradition changing? For years we come across the long straight head table set up for the bride, groom and marriage ceremony. It can be a little more challenging to speak with the whole marriage ceremony particularly when it’s one large long table. Now, we have been seeing more brides looking at different alternatives for head table. Many need a more intimate, restaurant feel as though they’re spending the evening out using friends in a relaxed and fun atmosphere (which they’re obviously).
Over the very last year or so I have seen some unique head table setups. Many brides desire to avoid the long table look and select “out from the norm”. It is surprising to listen for a number of couples mention how shy they’re and desire to be the center of attention while eating their meal. Others just desire to stand out to make their wedding their own style.
Here are a number of ideas:
Restaurant style: How about one round table at the center from the hall with color linens and centerpieces entirely not the same as all your other guest tables. It would be quite evident that’s the “head table”. You can even ask your decorator to hang crystals or paper lanterns in the ceiling which will be only over your table.

Modern Twist: Boardroom or U-shape “King table” as it’s called is set up at the center of your venue through the use of 8 tables in a square formation. This is among my favourites as you can accent the centre from the tables full of many candles, a water pond which is fantastic, or floral arrangements.
